SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Samuel Stern Project Access text messaging program, operated by Samuel Stern, an independent web developer (samuelstern.dev).

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and request it — verbally during a phone call to our business line, or in writing — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Samuel Stern containing the private link and access code to preview the website we are building for you. The exact verbal opt-in script and a sample message are documented on our SMS Opt-In & Consent page.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when you request project access, so you will typically receive a message just a few times over the course of your project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.Samuel Stern does not charge for these text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt out and help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information or messaging consent with third parties for marketing.
